pandus.Merge PDF

How Pandus Works

From separate PDFs to one document, with control over the pages.

  1. Add your PDFs

Choose files or drag them into the merger. Files are uploaded to the server for validation and temporary storage. The service accepts up to 20 source documents per merge, 50 MiB per input and 1,000 pages in a result. Workspace capacity and processing limits also apply.

  2. Preview and arrange

Reorder whole files in the simple view. Switch to Edit pages to reorder, exclude or rotate individual pages. Move buttons provide an alternative to dragging. Undo and Redo let you correct edits.

  3. Merge on the server

Press Merge PDF. A separate worker builds the result while the interface shows progress. Server processing lets us use the same PDF engines across browsers without making your device perform the full conversion.

  4. Check and download

Review the result before relying on it. Download it, or keep working with it without uploading it again. A later operation does not overwrite your previous successful result.

  5. Clear the workspace

Download before the session expires. Access lasts one hour from workspace creation, not one hour from each upload. You can delete the entire workspace once processing has finished. Automatic cleanup runs periodically; active processing or a technical failure can delay removal.

When a PDF needs extra care

Encrypted, damaged or unsupported documents can be rejected with an explanation. Forms, bookmarks and attachments are not currently supported. Signed PDFs require consent to make an unsigned copy; supported visible signature appearances are retained as graphics, not as valid signatures. Some complex documents still cannot be processed safely.

Read Security for storage and access details, or open the merger.
