pandus.Merge PDF

Terms of Service

These proposed terms are not yet final or in force. Remaining operational details and applicable legal requirements must be checked before publication as binding terms.

1. Operator and service

Pandus is operated by Artem Davydov, an individual residing in Poland and the owner and developer of Pandus. Postal address: Koziorożca 19B/3, 80-299 Gdańsk, Poland. No company registration details are asserted. The proposed support mailbox, support@pandus.app, is not yet verified.

Pandus currently offers free PDF merging, with file and page ordering, page exclusion and rotation. It requires no account and accepts no payments. Advertising may be considered later; it is not a paid subscription or a commitment made through these draft terms.

2. Using the service

Only upload documents you are entitled to process and share with the service infrastructure. Respect other people's privacy and intellectual property. Do not use the service unlawfully, distribute malicious files, attempt unauthorised access, evade limits or disrupt other users.

You retain your rights in your documents. The intended permission is limited to processing and returning documents to fulfil your request, with temporary storage as described in the privacy notice. It is not permission to publish your documents or use them for advertising.

3. Limits and supported PDFs

Limits currently include 20 source files per merge, 50 MiB per input and 1,000 pages per result, along with workspace, resource and processing-time limits. Damaged, encrypted or unsupported files may be rejected. Ordinary interactive forms, bookmarks and attachments are not currently supported.

Signed PDFs require explicit consent to create an unsigned copy. Original electronic signatures do not certify that copy. We do not verify signature validity. Always inspect the result before using it, particularly for an official submission.

4. Availability and temporary files

The service may be interrupted or changed. It is not permanent document storage. Access to a workspace expires after one hour from its creation; automatic deletion is periodic and can be delayed by processing or technical failure. Download results in time and retain your own originals. See Security and the draft privacy notice for details.

5. Results and responsibility

We aim to preserve supported document content, but cannot promise that every PDF will work or that every result is suitable for your particular purpose. This does not exclude any mandatory rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The fact that the service is free does not itself remove applicable consumer protections.

Legal review required: the operator's status, consumer-law obligations and any permissible limitations of liability. No blanket waiver of liability, exclusive court clause or arbitrary financial liability cap is proposed.

6. Questions, complaints and changes

Confirmation required: a working contact channel and complaint-handling procedure before these terms take effect. See Contact for the current status.

Material changes should be explained with an updated version date before they apply, with any notice or consent required by law. Future advertising requires a separate data-protection assessment. These terms do not authorise new tracking.

7. Applicable law — unresolved

The project is managed from Poland, but this draft does not select an exclusive jurisdiction or remove protections applicable to users elsewhere. Applicable law and consumer rights must be reviewed before finalisation.

Draft prepared 31 October 2026. No effective date has been set.
